RIIRIS301D Apply Risk Management Processes

This course has been developed to meet the risk management unit (formerly S1 of the Supervisor S123 course) requirements in the mining industry for a Mining Supervisor or Site Safety and Health Representative. This unit is approved by the Safety and Health Advisory Committees for supervisors and site safety and health representatives.

• Plan and prepare for risk management
• Assess and identify unacceptable risk
• Review risk management documentation
• Identify and recommend controls
• Contribute to the implementation of controls
